i3 Introduces Full Service Flex Warehousing
COLUMBIA, S.C. — South Carolina based i3 Resources is introducing On Demand, a new way to consider an old business — warehousing.On Demand offers flexible space and schedules with a fulltime warehouse manager for shipping and receiving products. I3 came up with the On Demand concept after working with clients who expressed challenges involving warehousing. Many needed varying amounts of space for storage, but couldn’t justify the commitment most storage space businesses require. Others needed personnel at their warehouse to receive orders, while some wanted to convert their warehouse space to offices. On Demand offers flexible options without requiring customers to commit to long-term contracts.
On Demand is the first of its kind in the Southeast and rivals similar business models nationwide.

Unlike most warehousing facilities, On Demand receives orders, makes shipments, unloads trucks and holds warehouse materials in a climate controlled environment without lease contracts or long term commitments. With the growth of e-commerce and many businesses setting up salesmen and women in home offices, On Demand has positioned itself to support any company with any business structure.
Given the growing market for full service flex warehouse space, i3 is preparing to take On Demand to a regional market before expanding into a national growth pattern.
