Now we are in a position to offer full assessment services as well. We do all the work of setting up, administering and reporting the information back to our clients. In addition to conducting assessments, Wisdom Selling’s HR Assessment Service will include the ability to set clients up with an Applicant Tracking System, including features such as connections to all the major job boards, automatic reporting and the ability to prescreen applicants. Finally, Wisdom Selling is pleased to announce the launch of their Profiles Talent Management System. This system integrates seamlessly with the Applicant Tracking System as well as a standalone system. It offers a solid appraisal system with configurable goals and processes. The interactive employee dashboard helps keep track of skills, appraisals, development plans, internal career center information and much more.
